About the apartments

The Nokturno project features 235 attractive apartments spread across three layers in six sets of residential blocks.

The apartment design provides a sense of fullness and comfortable living
• original design of the residential units
• choice of quality materials,
• partial brick exteriors,
• stone or ceramics installed in shared hallways and staircases,
• high-security front doors leading into apartments,
• quality ceiling-high ceramic wall tiling in bathrooms,
• quality wood parquet flooring,
• elevated ceilings for bright interiors,
• separate toilets in most apartments,
• wooden floorings and planters on the loggias and terraces,
• comfortable elevators,
• small number of apartments per communication hub,
• two parking spaces per residential unit are provided on the garage levels,
• basement storage areas.

Comfortable and pleasant

All apartments have the following amenities:
• connections for all modern household appliances and communication devices,
• video intercoms,
• air conditioners
• most terraces on the upper floors have fittings for massage pools.

Heating of flats and business premisess is remote, just like control and measurement of water and electricity consumption.

All flats are connected to the environment with loggias or terraces.
 

Garages and outdoor parking spaces

The settlement arranged entries into garages below objects, where two ownership parking spaces are assured for every flat.

Parking in basement garages is foreseen for owners and employees in business premises and visitors, and some on external parking spaces of the settlement.

Entries and exits to covered basement parking places below objects are from the bottom and side street. The access to parking spaces are direct throught all internal staircase cores and elevators.
